03Approach
We don’t begin with a fixed deliverable. We begin with what needs to change, what needs to connect, and what needs to be built. The result may be a product, a platform, an intelligent workflow — or something that doesn’t fit a category at all.

Complex ideas need a clear model before they can be built well. We define the system first, then build it.
Design and engineering are one decision
How something looks, behaves, and is built are inseparable. We treat them as a single discipline.
